1. Mahwari Ka Band Hona

Causes (Asbab)

2. Mahwari Ka Ziadah Aana
Aurton mein mahwari ki muddat 4 hafte ya 28 din hai. Agar mahwari aajaye ya muddat kay baad aaye to is mein be qaidgi ho jati hai mahwari 6-5 din rahta hai. Ayam muqarrar mein ziadti ho jaye. Char roz ki bajaye hafta ya das din tak mahwari aata rahe. Ye aurat ki sahat per bura asar dalta hai.

Causes (Asbab):

Mahwari mein be qaidgi ki waja ya to koi andaruni sozish ho sakti hai. Maslan raham mein warm hona, ya asqat hamal se koi kharabi ho jane se khoon ziada bahna soro ho jata hai. Maday mein tezabiyat aur sifar ki ziadti se ye marz ho jata hai.

Mahwari Ke Alamat :
Mareeza mein agar khoon kay ijma ki waja se mahwari mein ziada khoon behta hai to is ki sehat per bura asar nahi ho ga balkay tabiyat halki hogi. Agar raham mein kisi kharabi ki waja se mahwari mein be qaidgi hai. To mareeza ko dard hoga, chehra murjha jaye ga ise kamzori hogi, ser dard hoga.

Mahwari Ka Ilaj (Drugs)
Mareeza ko aaram-o- sakoon hona chahiye ise koi pareshani na ho. Kam kaj karne se rok dein. Agar khoon bakasrat jari hai to ise band na karein balkay beemari ka elaj karein. Marz ki tashkhees kay mutabiq mareeza ka elaj kayrwain khoon ki kami ho gai ho to is ko hematinics dein. Vitamins B complex dein.

Mahwari Ka Ilaj (Diet)
Mareeza ko zordar aur maqwi ghiza dein. Garam ashya se parhez kare. Doodh(milk), makhan, aur taza sabziyan (vegetale) dein. Taza phal malte, kino aur anar wagaira khoob khalain.

Aurat ko mahwari aamooman dard kay sath aati hai kabhi dard khafif hota hai aur kabhi shaded dard hota hai. Yeh do tarah ka hota hai.
1 Primari dard.
2 Secondary dard.

Mahwari ka dard pelvic mein kisi na kisi bimaari ki waja se hota hai pahli qisam mein pelvic mein dard nahi hota aur na koi bimaari hoti hai lekin doosri yani secondary mein pelvic mein koi na koi bimaari zaroori hoti hai.
Primary dysmenorrhea nojawan baligh larkion ko mahwari shoro hone se 6 mah se aik sal kay andar shoro hota hai ye 72  ghante rahta hai ye dard ovation ki waja se hota  hai is waqt larki ki umer 20 se 24 sal kay ander hoti hai iss mein kisi tarah ki bimari nahi hoti.
Secondary mein auraton ko pelvic mein bimaari ki waja se dard hota hai ye bimaarian ovary mein tumor, uterus kay firebrand tumor pelvic sosiz, uterus kay ander paidaishi noqs, aur endometriosis waghaira hain. Iss mein shadeed dard hota hai primary dysmenorrhea mein prostaglandins ziada bante hain jis ki waja se uterus ki deewaron kay azlaat sukarte hain aur khoon ki splay kam ho jati hai is mein dard hota hai chakkar aate hain qabz ho jati hai matli aur qay (vomiting) hai dil ki dharkan taiz ho jati hai jism ka har aazu dard karne lagta hai.

Laboratory Test
Iss condition mein mareez ka khoon test kia jaye. Pelvic kay kyat section biopsy aur ultrasound kar kay primary aur secondary dysmenorrhea ki alamaat ka muaina kia jaye agar bache dani mein rasoli wagaira ho to is ka pata chalaya jaye peshab ka mukammal test karwaya jaye.
